Worn carpets, outdated furnishings!!! Confusing room allocations led to dissatisfaction with the accommodations. Maintenance issues and cleaning standards definitely need attention. I suggest investing in proper signage for room directions!!!

Nice room with great views, but Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Our family had a lovely stay here, especially enjoying the big comfy king room and the delicious cooked breakfast. The place also has a nice pool for some relaxation, and we appreciated the spa services available. The only thing I'd suggest is a more varied breakfast spread, as the options were a bit limited, but overall, we had a great time! 😊

we stayed at the lookout for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by our suite. it was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated in an arts and crafts style. the location is great, just a short walk from the station, making it easy to explore. breakfast was a standout, with delicious full-english options.

I arrived a bit early and was pleasantly greeted, and the hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from the bustling town center, making it super easy to explore local attractions like the Church of Saint Michael's and the charming cafes nearby which made my walks delightful.

During my one-night stay, I truly appreciated the vibrant local scene just steps away, including an amazing breakfast spot right around the corner and stunning views at the Rye Art Gallery, which made my city strolls all the more enjoyable. as a single traveler, the hotel had all the comfy amenities I needed to feel at home. the access to the hotel could be improved.

The Classic Double Room featured a comfy bed and thoughtful amenities like an ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom offered luxury towels and cozy dressing gowns, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The overall condition of room number 17 could use some attention, with curtains hanging off their hooks and noticeable holes in the wall suggesting it's time for a refresh. the atmosphere felt somewhat tired, and the breakfast offered hard boiled eggs instead of the expected poached variety, which disappointed at such a cozy establishment.
